Theresa Scholze began studying at the Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy Acting School in Leipzig. She then starred in many television productions, in particular alongside Harald Juhnke, Monica Bleibtreu and Barbara Rudnik. She also gave a guest performance at the Schauspielhaus Leipzig and at the Hans Otto Theatre in Potsdam. In 1998 she was awarded the Telestar Prize for her role as Anna in 'Der letzte Zeuge' (The Last Witness).
